Peter Hawkins is a Certified Professional Inspector®. These certifications were earned from InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. 

• InterNACHI offers state of the art training. These certifications are a symbol of the extensive knowledge acquired. Knowledge of todays rapidly changing construction technologies is a requirement for the modern home inspector. Equally as important, the inspector needs knowledge of historical construction techniques found on the older housing stock found here in the northeast.

Pete’s Background…

• Peter has spent 20+ years learning and working in the Construction Industry.
• Eight of those years Peter spent in the sustainable energy/ renewable resource installation/ acquisition.
• Peter has been in over 700 homes tracking down structural clues and material defects.
• As Foreman for a deconstruction/ architectural salvage company, Peter has taken down dozens buildings by hand. In doing this, Peter witnessed the causes of failure as well as the successes of the building industry.
